3. They're cost-sensitive. As the project expanded in scope, Bryan and Peter were great problem solvers and tried to find a way to do the job more efficiently without sacrificing quality. I really appreciated not feeling gouged.

4. They're responsive. There was no disappearing, no unexplained absences, no ducking calls or not responding to emails. I felt very well taken care of at every step and they were always willing to explain things to me.
